Job Description:

Could you be our McCafé Lead? 

In this newly created role, you will be elevating our coffee offering nationally through bespoke strategies and initiatives to build sales, guest counts and market share for our restaurants. We are on the lookout for a coffee expert who will transform our coffee experience and have a thorough understanding of the market. Bring your coffee expertise to the home of McCafé and make your mark on an iconic brand!

What will my key accountabilities and duties be?

• Leading the development and delivery of our coffee strategy using sound logic, rationale and supporting data in order to build long term brand equity and profitably.
• Developing and presenting persuasive business plans to gain buy-in from Licensees.
• Maintaining coffee expertise, always having your finger on the pulse on best coffee practice from a taste, quality and accuracy perspective.
• Protecting the McCafé brand and calibrating with internal stakeholders to ensure Restaurants meet operating standards whilst increasing business performance.
• Partnering with the Product Development team on relevant product development.
