Duties
Could you be our next National Lease Administrator?
As the National Lease Administrator, you will be supporting the National Lease Administration Manager deliver valuable outcomes for the McDonald’s System. This includes leveraging your eye for detail to help maintain and manage occupancy costs for McDonald’s restaurants across Australia. Your mission will be to ensuring these costs are accurate, paid in a timely manner and recorded correctly within all relevant databases.
What can you expect on a day-to-day basis?
- Evaluating the accuracy of outgoing charges submitted by Lessors in line with Lease agreements
- Reviewing and approving invoices from Landlords daily
- Responding to email and phone queries regarding rental and ongoing invoices
- Working closely with the Finance Team who prepare invoices and review and approve changes to payments and invoices
- Maintaining databases accurately and ensure they are up to date including rent changes, details of market rent reviews, lease details for new restaurants and new lease details for excess properties. Software used includes Tririga (Global Lease Administration Software), Oracle, Excel and Outlook
- Maintaining critical information pertaining to each property/site that is leased
- Communicating with McDonald’s Licensees of changes in monthly obligations such as outgoings, promotion fund or storage licencee fees
Qualifications
Your keys to success:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to handle repetitive and high-volume data entry tasks with ease
- Previous experience in Commercial Property, Accounts, or Lease Administration is highly preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to address queries and report findings
- Adept at working autonomously and self-motivated to maintain productivity levels while working independently
- Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders
- Proven track record of meticulous database management and accuracy in data entry
