We are looking for someone with management experience to join our team.

McDonalds' Shift and Department Managers

  • We are looking for experienced managers for an immediate start.
  • Minimum Part time but preferably full time work available
  • McDonalds experience preferred but not essential

Duties and Responsibilities - Shift Managers

  • The Shift Manager is responsible for delivering outstanding QSC&V, sales, people practices and profit on their shifts. When running a shift unsupervised, the Shift Manager is the leader of the restaurant, ensuring that the shift runs smoothly and safely, engaging the crew to deliver great business outcomes.
  • Leads the shift and department in line with McDonald’s Policies and Procedures to serve delicious food.
  • Welcome every customer with a genuine connection and smile, looking for ways to create, role model and foster memorable moments.
  • Use initiative and confidence when interacting with customers and look for ways to say ‘Yes’. Lead by example, offer solutions, think outside the box and keep the team and yourself up to date with knowledge on food, promotions and other communications.
  • Work at the pace of the customer, be patient and adaptable, look to resolve customer enquiries and provide support to the crew so they can demonstrate the same behaviours.
  • Set a high standard and promote having a clean and safe restaurant, to ensure comfort, hygiene & convenience to customers, staff and peers

Duties and Responsibilities -Department Manager

  • Same as a Shift Manager plus:
  • Manage Varied Systems including HR, People Hiring and Training, Quality Control, Inventory, Customer Service, Plant Maintenance.

Skills and experience

        The successful applicant should:

  •  Be able to provide a fantastic level of Quality, Service & Cleanliness and a great customer focus.
  •  Feel that they can work with an established team & lead crew that are focused on delivery of McDonalds Standards, Sales & Growth & Profits.
  •  You must have the right to work and live in Australia.
