Are you looking for a career change or something closer to home? Moama McDonalds will be opening in the near future and we are looking for managers of all ages. Experience is a bonus but not essential. All training is paid on the job, in-store.

We are looking for full-time and casual managers. Management positions open up an opportunity to lead, learn and grow. With progression in your position comes paid training courses, conferences, conventions and celebration nights. These are all expenses paid, mostly including time in Melbourne at McDonalds Training Centre and fun events spaces in Melbourne, such as Crown Casino or high end entertainment venues.

McDonalds is a great opportunity for world class training, life experience and a fun working environment.

Moama McDonalds will be operated by a local family, well ensconced in the community, with strong family values. We support, encourage and enable our staff to achieve whatever they want inside and outside of the workplace. Both of us started our careers as crew people at McDonalds and worked our way through the ranks. 25+ years later, we are now Licensees. The opportunities are endless and the doors that open to you will be many and varied.

Job Description:

You will be responsible for delivering outstanding Quality, Service & Cleanliness, sales, people practices and profit on your shifts. You will supervise employees to ensure that restaurant operations and procedures are adhered to.

Engagement with crew and fellow managers is an essential part of our business. Engagement, fun and drive will deliver great business outcomes by bringing the Macca’s Experience to life on each and every shift.

Customers are integral to our business. You will ensure every customer has a memorable McDonald’s experience.

You will comply with restaurant safety and security standards which includes investigating all incidents and implementing corrective actions to ensure a safe working environment for all employees and customers. You will escalate safety and security matters to the Restaurant Manager where necessary.

Additional Information:

McDonald's has a range of managers courses that will help develop you in to a Shift Manager and further. All courses are paid for by the business. Perfect time to start your career in McDonald's with plenty of development opportunities available locally with a new store in Moama opening later this year.
